I've had my 3ds stolen.?

Now I know what your thinking, I've been very irresponsible, and deserve to have my 3ds stolen. Well, at the airport, I had left it on my suitcase in a metal gear solid case carrying my several psp games for about seven seconds (really) next to my two brothers and when I returned it was gone! Anyone know what I could do about it if anything? Much appreciated. Oh, and to top that off, my psp has broken!!!!!!
