Please!! HELP!!! HELP!!! need narrative story idea/plot!!!!?

there is this GCSE narative exam and wev been givn the titles. they are 'the hero' and 'apearing on stage'. all i need is a solid plot, sommthing i can learn to write and hour to write out in the actual exam. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE HELP ME!!!!!!! im already dialectic and i loose about 6 marcs on my speling and grammar, so could some one please help me with a plot, a good solid plot for one of the titles, and nothing to complicated. THANKYOU SO MUCH!!!!!
