Why do people refer to Bosh as the "half-man'?

Chris Bosh is an excellent player. He is a 6 time all star. He averaged about 19 and 8 this season. Those are solid numbers. He also had two 30 point games against Chicago. He might be soft, but he is a great finesse player and a good scorer.
