Why does spybot search & destroy keep telling me that iam not an adminstrator?

i am the only one that uses my laptop. after i click search & destroy scan i click fix selected problems it tells me "this action may not be performed completely since you are not an administrator. if you want this performed for all users, pleases run this application elevated as an administrator." i am the only that has a user profile on my laptop. why is this happening? how do i fix this? the problems that search & destroy keep finding is MyFreezeToolbar and Win32.FraudLoad.edt. should i uninstall and reinstall Search & Destroy?
